PRICES
Physiotherapy sessions are inclusive of electrotherapy use and veterinary reports as appropriate.
Appointments within 25 miles of Stibbard (North Norfolk) do not incur mileage charges. Mileage will be charged at 50p per mile (return journey) on any distances greater than this.
Most insurance policies are able to accept claims relating to physiotherapy sessions provided by NP Vet Physio (subject to individual policies and limits). Please note that if you are intending to claim on your insurance you will need to pay NP Vet Physio directly and then request payment to yourself from your insurance. NP Vet Physio is happy to complete necessary insurance forms and provide invoices.

Spread the cost of several treatments over a set period of time
E.g. Four follow up sessions per year for 12 monthly payments of:
£18.30 - canine
£21.65 - equine
SPLIT MILEAGE
Where mileage is chargeable this may be shared between groups booking in at the same / nearby locations
CANCELLATION POLICY
Advanced notice is required to cancel or rearrange appointments due to associated logistical arrangements.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to full payment, as with failure to attend appointments.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% non-refundable payment. However, where rescheduled due to an emergency the 50% payment will be deducted from the rescheduled appointment (i.e. 50% paid at the time of the original appointment, 50% paid at the rescheduled appointment and therefore no additional cost to you).
If upon presentation your animal is unable to be treated (e.g. due to lameness not already known by your vet) the session fee will not apply but you will be charged a one-off fee of £25 (plus mileage if applicable), to include an assessment and written report to your vet.
