Physiotherapy sessions are inclusive of electrotherapy use and veterinary reports as appropriate.

Appointments within 25 miles of Stibbard, Norfolk, or Breaston, Derbyshire do not incur mileage charges. Mileage will be charged at 50p per mile (return journey) on any distances greater than this.

NP Vet Physio recognises the cost of living and caring for animals is ever increasing and therefore offers a few ways to help towards or manage your appointment costs.

MULTIPLE ANIMAL DISCOUNT

£5 discount per animal if three or more animals are seen at one location on the same date (may be across different owners)

PAYMENT PLANS

Spread the cost of several treatments over a set period of time

E.g. 12 monthly payments of £18.25 to include 4 equine follow up sessions per year

REFER A FRIEND

£5 off your next appointment if a new client books in from your recommendation

Bespoke payment plans and / or bundle deals can be created depending on your animal's requirements.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Advanced notice is required to cancel or rearrange appointments due to associated logistical arrangements. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to full payment, or 50% payment if rescheduled (other than in emergencies).

If upon presentation your animal is unable to be treated (e.g. due to lameness not already known by your vet) the session fee will not apply but you will be charged a one-off fee of £25 (plus mileage if applicable), to include a written report to your vet based on assessment findings.
